Oxidization is a naturally occurring chemical process that darkens the color of silver when not worn regularly. To avoid tarnish and keep your silver looking bright and clean, gently rub with a polishing cloth or place in a jewellery safe ultrasonic cleaner.

For oxidized silver, gently rub with a polishing cloth or place in a jewellery safe ultrasonic cleaner. To avoid altering the color of oxidized silver, only polish when necessary and with a very light touch.

Gold does not oxidize but can be still be polished to keep bright and clean.
